While many Virginia Baptist congregations utilize the services of the Virginia Baptist Extension Board to secure funds for new construction and remodeling and those of Capital Stewardship Services to assist them in raising dollars to build, others have earmarked building or facilities funds or gifts for some future building project.  These funds often serve as the seed money for future or greater efforts.  The foundation can assist you in the establishment, management and promotion of these funds.
